Dear Scott, just a note to let you know that you have an outstanding team!  Last week you moved my family and I from Sydney to Canberra.  It was our 18th, and best ever, removal.  The care everyone took with both packing and moving our possessions was clearly evident in the fact that there were zero breakages. I also wanted to thank you for agreeing to allow the team to return to our home in Sydney to collect the dishwasher that we missed, well done!
